4. Certificate of Training will be provided upon passing of final test. Those that fail must retake for a $250 fee.

1 Clinician ($1750) per

2+ Clinicians ($1500) per

Cost of Travel will be added on the final invoice. 50% deposit is required and 50% due on the day of training.
